Starting his career from the very ground level and working his way up, he is a seasoned industry expert well-versed in the entire process covering geological surveys, detailed investigations, and mine construction. 

Yuan’s career spans China’s core mineral belts and several key regions in Central Asia, where he has led or played a role in the discovery of over 10 medium-to-large-scale non-ferrous and precious metal deposits. YUAN Enhui’s significant achievements include: successfully exploring and confirming the Zhaxikang large-scale lead-zinc polymetallic deposit in the high-altitude cold regions of Xizang, leading geological exploration while conducting comprehensive evaluations of projects such as the Bassarout tin-polymetallic deposit in Tajikistan, among many other similar feats. These outstanding exploration accomplishments demonstrate his profound understanding of mineralization patterns under complex geological conditions and his precise judgment. On top of solid theoretical foundations, YUAN Enhui also excels in project management and international operations. Having long supervised mineral exploration and development in Central Asian countries, such as Tajikistan, he has built up extensive first-hand experience regarding local geological conditions, local policy environments, and commercial practices.
