WANG Wencheng possesses over 40 years of extensive expertise in the mining industry, standing as a rare multidisciplinary expert who seamlessly integrates production technology, corporate operations, and capital management. 

Starting his career at the front line of gold mining operations, Mr. Wang progressed through various roles, such as technician, workshop director, and mine manager, amassing solid on-site management experience. Previously, he served as General Manager and Chairman of Shanxi Datong Gold Mining Co., Ltd., in charge of overseeing corporate strategy and production operations. After joining China National Gold Group, Mr. Wang held positions, including Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of Zhongjin Gold Corporation Limited, as well as Chairman and General Manager of China National Gold Group Resources Co., Ltd., concurrently serving as General Manager of the Group’s Mineral Resources Department. In these roles, he was deeply engaged in and led the Group’s strategic layout of domestic and international mineral resources and major project investment decisions.

His career trajectory spans the entire chain — from mine production and corporate governance to group-level resource strategy management.
