As the company’s Chief Engineer, LI Baoqiang serves as the cornerstone of the company’s technical strength. He has over 40 years of geological exploration experience, including more than a decade dedicated to Central Asia.

Mr. Li possesses keen insights into the region’s geological structures, mineralization patterns, and resource distribution, complemented by extensive firsthand fieldwork experience. During his years in Tajikistan, Li personally planned and led multiple geoscience projects, amassing substantial local knowledge.

Of particular note, LI Baoqiang was honored with the “Outstanding Contribution Award for Geological Work in Tajikistan” for his exceptional contributions to the mining field and extraordinary impact on the country’s mineral resource development — a distinction that reflects both his professional excellence and the Tajik government’s recognition of dedicated expertise.
