Educational background

YUAN Enhui graduated from Xi’an University of Geosciences (now Chang’an University) with a degree in Geological and Mineral Resources Survey, thus receiving systematic higher education in geology. After entering the workforce, Yuan participated in numerous professional training programs, covering gold deposit geochemical exploration, gemstone and jade identification, and the application of new theories and technologies, consistently updating and deepening his expertise.

Work experience

YUAN Enhui possesses over 40 years of experience in geological mineral exploration and development. Yuan’s career spans both the state-owned geological exploration system and market-oriented mining enterprises, where he has consistently held technical leadership and management positions.

· Initially, Yuan worked at the Brigade 308 of the Central South Geological Exploration Bureau under the Ministry of Nuclear Industry, serving successively as Technician and Technical Director of a dedicated squad there. Later, Yuan transitioned to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Engineer at Dexin United Mineral Development Company, a joint venture between the unit and local entities

· Subsequently, Yuan continued his technical and managerial work at an affiliate of the Henan Provincial Bureau of Geological and Mineral Exploration and Development.

· Since 2006, Yuan has served Xizang Huayu Mining Co., Ltd. and its affiliated enterprises, holding core positions in multiple domestic and international projects. He has worked successively as Chief Engineer, General Manager, and Chairman, overseeing mineral exploration and development in key metallogenic regions in Xizang, Tajikistan, and more.

·Currently, Yuan is employed by Singapore-based PURIDA CAPITAL PTE. LTD. as Chief Engineer of its subsidiary in Tajikistan, where he continues to engage in mining exploration and development activities.

Major specialized technical achievements

As an exceptionally accomplished mineral exploration expert, YUAN Enhui has led the exploration and discovery of multiple large- and medium-scale mineral deposits throughout his long career, making substantial contributions to the development of the industry.

1.Early gold deposit exploration achievements: Yuan identified multiple small-scale gold deposits through surveys in Songxian County, Henan and other areas, with cumulative proven gold reserves exceeding 6 metric tons, laying a solid foundation for field mineral exploration.

2.Major mineral exploration breakthroughs in Xizang: During his tenure as Chief Engineer at Xizang Huayu Mining Co., Ltd., Yuan led the exploration and confirmation of several significant mineral deposits, including：

· Zhaxikang lead-zinc polymetallic deposit (large-scale), Longzi County, Xizang

·Zhagele copper-lead-zinc deposit (large-scale), Angren County, Xizang

· Lawu copper polymetallic deposit (medium-scale), Dangxiong County, Xizang

These discoveries laid a solid resource foundation for the enterprise where Yuan worked.

3.Achievements in international mining cooperation: Yuan possesses outstanding capabilities in international project operations. He was in charge of geological exploration while conducting comprehensive evaluations of projects such as the Bassarout tin-polymetallic deposit in Tajikistan, successfully applying mineral exploration technologies and management expertise overseas.

4.Sustained achievement and technical management: Yuan conducted detailed surveys and confirmed the Nilongma lead-zinc-silver deposit (medium-scale) in Dangxiong County, Xizang. In addition, during his tenure as head of multiple companies, Yuan demonstrated versatile capabilities characterized by “technical expertise, managerial proficiency, and operational acumen”.

As a seasoned geologist and mineral expert, YUAN Enhui rises through the ranks from the grassroots level, while boasting rich practical experience. With over four decades of uninterrupted hands-on experience, Yuan has successfully guided and discovered numerous economically significant mineral deposits both domestically and internationally, seamlessly integrating profound technical expertise with mature managerial acumen. To this day, Yuan continues to contribute to the development of the mining industry through his extensive experience and enduring passion for geological work.
