PURIDA is keenly aware of the close relationship between mining activities and the ecological environment. Therefore, PURIDA prioritizes environmental protection in project design, pledges to conduct rigorous environmental impact assessments across all operations, and formulates environmental management plans. Beyond mere regulatory compliance, our goal is to minimize our ecological footprint to the greatest extent possible and systematically plan post-mining land reclamation and ecological restoration by adopting internationally recognized best practices. This measure guarantees a sustainable, green future for local communities upon project completion.

Community engagement and development

A successful mining project must deliver mutual benefits to local communities. PURIDA goes beyond such basic approaches as providing employment opportunities and arranging compensatory measures, by establishing open and regular dialogue mechanisms with local communities to help us truly understand their needs and expectations. PURIDA will develop and implement systematic local employment programs, prioritizing the creation of long-term employment opportunities for locals. This will enable them to assume various roles, ranging from entry-level positions to specialized technical roles, during operations. Meanwhile, PURIDA also plans to collaborate with local educational institutions and training centers to deliver targeted skills training, empowering community members.

Local procurement and supply chain development

PURIDA is committed to prioritizing the procurement of local goods and services on the premise that they comply with quality and safety standards. Our aim is to stimulate the growth of the surrounding business ecosystem by establishing stable local supply chains.

Fair taxation and fiscal contributions

PURIDA commits to being compliant taxpayers and upholding the tax transparency principle, strictly adhere to the tax laws of the countries where we operate, and pay all taxes and fees in full and on time, because we are keenly aware that these tax revenues are crucial funding sources for local governments to improve public services, invest in infrastructure, and drive social development.
